He developed his expertise working for the following prominent consultancies – Development Dimensions International (National Accounts & Master Facilitator), Kepner-Tregoe (Sr. Consultant & Facilitator), Center for Creative Leadership (Western Regional Sales Manager & Executive Coach), Kotter International and Senn-Delaney (both as SVP, Engagement Leader & Master Facilitator).

My first career spanned 12 years as a Senior P&L Executive in a San Diego Community Business Bank developing and leading a $150 million Corporate & Private Banking Unit.

(Bill’s “15 seconds of fame” ended after getting cut from his first job out of college as a free-agent QB (4 games) for the San Diego Chargers. But, remains a die-hard fan even though they left San Diego!)

Graduate of University of California, Riverside with a BA degree in Psychology / Sociology. He and his family are native Southern Californians who enjoy the San Diego lifestyle and he is an avid golfer.  Bill volunteers building houses in Mexico for deserving families and works extensively with inter-generational men serving them to integrate their faith journey with their personal and marketplace experiences.
