Vin Izzi brings extensive general management experience from some of the largest companies in the Information Technology sector, including IBM and Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC).

Vin served as director of DEC’s Northeast Regional Services where he was accountable for $250 million in revenue. Under his leadership, it was the top-performing region for two consecutive years. He was also DEC’s European Product Line Manager, where he grew revenue from $50,000 to $50 million.

At IBM’s Lotus Software Group, Vin served as the senior manager of business skills development. In this capacity, he led partnering and collaboration workshops with worldwide channel partners which led to $35 million in new software revenue and $350 million in recurring service revenue for IBM/Lotus and its partners. He also designed, developed, and delivered Business Partner Investor Ready workshops which led to over $10 million in early-stage funding.

At IBM’s Executive Business Institute, Vin designed, developed, and delivered innovative educational business programs to internal and external clients worldwide. These were designed to enhance consultative selling, client-facing, and collaborative skills. After these programs, clients reported accelerating the sales cycle and generating significant new opportunities and increased sales.

Vin continues to leverage his extensive experience and insights as an executive coach, adviser to entrepreneurs and start-ups, and as a corporate trainer and facilitator.
